HB Christmas espresso blend

Mince pie in a cup? That's what I got, dried fruit and warming spices.

I approve! :)

Hi Darren,

so you got these right and actually ordered roasted beans?;) or maybe you are describing the taste of the greens? Joking of course:D

Sounds interesting, I will have to order me some this week.

Regards,
dsc.

Hehehe, yes, I did actually manage to order these roasted!

They didn't come in the usual zip-lock bag though but instead a taller bag without a self-seal. Luckily, I kept the wire closer from my bag of SMR autumn blend to use to keep it shut!

We sold you ages ago mate... didn't get much for you either. Mark hadn't told me that the previous buyer had sent you back, what was the problem this time? Too gobby again? :P
Definitely going to order some of this, this week, along with some SQM Winter blend and then try and drink as much of it as possible before I abandon my machine for my travels.
This week I are feeling sleepy!

Looking forward to the SQM winter blend as well. Autumn made a beautiful delicate espresso.

One of my regulars ordered 2 bags of the Autumn blend just on Sunday along with 2 bags of the Cascara. One of each for each of us. I'm exciiiiiited. Won't be pulling it at work though... gonna have a play at it on his home Silvia/Rocky combo. I'm excited about that too... haven't played on a home machine in a while ;) If it all goes well and once we're done that, think we'll have a go at the HB Xmas and SQM Winter blend :D
This week, I'm mainly recovering :DAll I've got is my Aerobie AeroPress | 70's Aurora/Brugnetti HX Spring Lever | Mazzer Mini E & SJ (on loan) | Hottop | Nestor Martin (Toto) Gas Roaster | Eva Solo | Moka Pots

HA. What can i say Dom i must bear a fairtrade label. Just pulled a couple of shots of the xmas espresso - nice viscosity, deep spice and for me a hint of that fruit in the harrar just coming through, 'harrar-therrr' :) Photos soon.

Hi guys,

yeah I'd say it has Harar, am I right? I can also taste some cherries and spices as well. I think I nailed it today with around 14.5g and 89*C.
