Zassenhaus Grinder

Postby lukas » Fri Jul 21, 2006 9:03 pm

I've read quite good remarks about the old Zassenhaus grinders. Now look at this:

Image

Bought it from ebay for 11€, a bargain! Arrived today, unused, it even had the old "10 year warranty" badge on it (it's older than 10 years). Ground a bit for testing ... well, it can grind pretty pretty fine, and the grounds won't stain the finger ... impressive!?

Couldn't make an Espresso with it, cause the Gaggia is descaling, but the French Press Yrg tastes lovely. Looks like I have another new toy! And a good one!

This week I like my coffee luke-warm.

It looks so damn old-school that it's cute again.

I agree, well done. It's a rarity these days, for TMC members to get a bargain on eBay.
