I don't put sugar in coffee. A friend of ours always has sugar in her coffee but I make her put it in for herself. I'll hand her the coffee, the sugar and a spoon but she knows that if she wants her coffee defiled she has to do the deed herself.

Bezzera B3000A, Giotto Premium, several Cona's, several Balance Brewers, Atomic, Milano etc,
Aristarco, Rancilio MD 40, Ditting and Eureka MCI grinders, several antique roasters, a mini500/800N propane/electric Taiwanese roaster, greens all over the place...and some other unmentionables that have not been mentioned......

yup, they used it on the intro to "Aces High if i remember rightly, wierdest thing in the world is seeing Bruce dickinson at the christmas party (suppose its part of the fun of working for their record company)

anyway back on topic - sugar depends on the bean, but usually a little sugar
