So, Simon, with a few days more rest, how was it? Do you like the Harrar sub better? Or it's just different?
This week, I'm mainly recovering :DAll I've got is my Aerobie AeroPress | 70's Aurora/Brugnetti HX Spring Lever | Mazzer Mini E & SJ (on loan) | Hottop | Nestor Martin (Toto) Gas Roaster | Eva Solo | Moka Pots

The Harrar gives a more winey acidity. The Kona version gives a more mellow acidity, spicy rather than piney. Surprisingly this also makes quite a nice cappuccino, thogh it is quite mellow, the chocolate goes well with the milk.
Even after quite a bit of rest this gives lots of fluffy crema. this combination does go very well with a chocolate on the side :)
Top marks to Steve on this one.
