Don't be fooled by this. It isn't really a green-coffee roaster. It can only roast "pre-treated" beans sold by the manufacturer (Dieckmannin Bremen). You will notice that there is no arrangement for catching chaff. That is because the beans have no chaff, they are actually pre-roasted. The results are not on a level that TMC members would be interested.
Three Francesconi (CMA) espresso machines - Rossi, San Marco, LaCimbali, Faema and 2 Mazzer Major grinders- CoffeeTech Maggionlino, Hottop, Alpenröst and HW Precision roasters.
I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!
