My ChoKahLatte for your housemates. Just made this :) Mix together:
1 overly heaping tbsp of pure 100% cocoa powder, shot of Kahlua, 2-3 tbsp hot water to melt the powder.
Pour in foamed milk :-)

josh,
Your late night 'chokahlatte' looks lip-smackingly good.
Do you use sweetened or unsweetened cocoa powder?

Rocky - IRoast (I ruined it) - Hottop
Now mainly use French Press

Oh and it was :-)

Just pure unadulterated cocoa. It was a Cafe Tasse but I'm not sure how much brand names matter for this.

The Kahlua and milk added enough sweetness to the drink. Of course, if you prefer it stronger, you can always add more of everything & sugar :-)

For non-liquer versions, you can try sweetened syrups, condensed milk, honey, maple syrup, or whatever instead.

I'm now experimenting with leaving a vanilla bean in some cocoa powder to see if takes on any flavour.

Cheers,
M

Wow! That looks amazing. Looks like I need to do some practice before I can score some points.

Thanks for sharing M!
