First proper FAQ is now up

Postby phil » Sun Dec 07, 2003 11:35 pm

Michel has kindly provided us with an excellent FAQ-style article (actually more a "How to", which is great IMO) about milk frothing.

I'm still working on a better menu structure so for the moment the only way to get to this content is directly via this link :

Frothing FAQ

Many thanks indeed to Michel for the material. My abject apologies for taking so long to publish it - hopefully Michel you'll see why when you look at the result.

Cheers everyone

Phil

That looks great! Now all I need is a high-quality espresso machine to froth the milk to add to the coffee I make with my Moka pot. ;)

Seriously, though...what's the general consensus regarding starting milk temperature? Should it as cold as possible, or does that really matter?

Good job, Michel (and Phil!). May the example inspire others... ;)
This week I am eagerly anticipating the first god shots from my La Spaziale machine....
