I hate Bill Gates!!

Sitting in front of my new PC (Windows XP etc) I feel more than willing to kick-in the screen!
Why? Because I cant get written info about how to do this or that. like adding an adress to favourites or creating an icon for a programm and put it on the screen, etc.
Anyone I asks just tells that its very easy and I must do this and that and then this etc. But I cant simply store this info and let it resurface when needed, I need to re-read it. After all, we are not Cro-Magnon, living in a cave, where gramp on his deadbed tells junior the story how the world was created. Passing info orally was okay back then, but we developed the written word, didnt we?
Ok, end of the rant. Sorry, but its very very frustrating that I cant teach myself by reading and then trying.

I'd say linux as well. but I've been having troubles recently, had to rebuild the file structure tree from scratch, still not working properly  Apart from that I've had no problems in 4 years
