Haven't been on here much since I got it, but I haven't ran off and forgotten you all!
I ended up actually drinking coffee from the M&S beans ; I didn't think I would have worked my way through 1/2Lb of my own roast so quick, M&S is not the way forward!
You really have to wait about 4 days after roasting these beans or it's just a bit tasteless!
Last did two 1/2Lb roasts back to back, one a slow ramp up of heat the other just full on, both taken to 1st pops of second crack. I will be able to compare them side by side to try narrowing my preference with the Machacamarca. I will get trying these two roasts tomorrow.
Really enjoy the whole roasting thing! :lol:
