Too Much Coffee

I just learned that the United Kingdom is a Company Registered at companies house, the Reg No is 03778332
It came as a surprise to me!

If the US would be a company I wouldn't be surprised . . .

Nothing surprises me anymore. I suppose the politicians are directors in order that they bear no personal liability when the company goes bust ...... ho hum

It is probably done to prevent iilegal use of the name as a con.

Apparently your quite right in you assumption the USA is a Company.
Bank of England is too a private Company,
as is the Federal Reserve!
The City Of London seems to be a Sovereign State, owned by the Bank Of England.
