Just a clarification: The rice should NOT be cooked.
Three Francesconi (CMA) espresso machines - Rossi, San Marco, LaCimbali, Faema and 2 Mazzer Major grinders- CoffeeTech Maggionlino, Hottop, Alpenröst and HW Precision roasters.
I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!

I was going to say that, actually, but isn't the quick cook rice already pre-cooked?
Basically you want a rice that isn't brittle, if you can't bite it with your teeth, then don't put it near your burs. Personally, I find a strip down is always best.
This week I are feeling sleepy!

Thanks for the tips gentlemen.
I was quite looking forward to a quick strip down just then, then you went and spoilt it! I think SWMBO is looking relievd though.

Hmm, I should imagine using cooked rice could cause a bit of a mess :)
