I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!

Ah but what kind of beans are they using? And how were they roasted? and how long were they left to rest before 'processing' What kind of grinder did they use to get that fine a grind? How much does particle size influence the effect? - These guys have no idea..

As soon as I get home I'm gonna shove a couple of freshly roasted Ethiopian Sidamo beans up my nose. That way I won't even have to turn on the espresso machine. Nostril power to reduce the carbon footprint, baby!

Oh bugger, think we're going to have to invest in some new machinery. Gone are the days of a relaxed shot in a cosy bar or a latte to go - get ready to snort coffee, get a buzz and take a running jump at the world.

I thought about it, but I don't have a $20 bill. <snort>
