Dress for success: Corporate Friday for Creatives

Basically, we show up in a suit and tie (and polished shoes) every Friday at work. The idea is, of course, to mock "casual friday" and at the same time, mock the oppressive casual style with hoodies, sneakers and baggy jeans.
We think of it as an act of subversion and fun...
