According to the Beeb seven new species of coffee have been discovered in the mountains of northern Madagascar. Among them is Coffea ambongensis which has huge beans, much bigger than even the Maragogypes.
Now if we could just get those fossas of Dr. Chris' avatar fame to specialise in eating lemurs that eat those huge beans we could ridicule all previous versions of Kopi Luwak. Instead of double-roasted beans we'd have double digested beans! Superb.
BTW, I recently saw a coffee mug with a lemur on it and the words, "What do you mean we're out of coffee?!" Nice.
