Edit: I just read some of the other things by The Oatmeal and this guy is really strange! And weird! And wonderful! The one on Badass of the Week, Nikola Tesla is worth a read for sure.
Three Francesconi (CMA) espresso machines - Rossi, San Marco, LaCimbali, Faema and 2 Mazzer Major grinders- CoffeeTech Maggionlino, Hottop, Alpenröst and HW Precision roasters.
I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!

really??
I must be doing something wrong then when I roast coffee.
This week I am eagerly anticipating the first god shots from my La Spaziale machine....

Although different beans react differently I think that's a pretty good estimate.
