A simple equation, so true...
A great columbian with the new Mark Knopfler "Get Lucky"... and life proves to be a gem :)

100% agree!

I gave Get Lucky a listen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZyaMWxuOog

It's good! But of course I need to road test it with a coffee... ;)

While we are on the subject, here is one of my favorites!

Pretty much the whole of Van Morrison's album Astral Weeks is perfect - had it on yesterday in the workshop, thinking of this thread!

They're not my mixes BTW, from two very dedicated and generous Finnish/American DJs/Deep House officianados. They've seen me through more than a few years of work and London commuting.

There's more here, this DJ used to put out mixes under the name Roxnadz:

Forget the music, the sound of espresso is music enough. Followed by a small piece of 100% pure chocolate. Now that is heaven :D
Espresso: BFC TCI Lira.
Grinders: Eureka Mignon (2), Mahlkonig Guatemala,
Roaster: Gene Cafe.
Retired... Cimbali Junior, Cimbali Alinox.

I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!

My new addiction is Willie's Delectable Cacao. I've tried the Peruvian 70 and the Venezuelan 72, both are fantastic, the Venezuelan is my favourite :P

Valrhona ok. But try Coppeneur or Zotter.

70 is a bit low for me, 85 from Vivani (mostly Ecuador) is great. Or single plantation from Coppeneur e.g. Plantation Hacienda lara 82% (Ecuador)
