Too Much Coffee

Am working with Australia's Coffee in Good Spirits competitor and trying to find out what's available in Germany that might be considered better than the usual.

Dont want to go trying everything i can find aso i'm looking for a heads up on what to look for.
Looking for a good vanilla bean ice cream and also a good pouring/thickened cream for the irish coffee.

Will be visiting family in Austria the week before the comp in Cologne so could even bring something up from there.

Any suggestions?

how about preparing the vanilla ice cream on your own?

"Stainzer Milch" here in Styria has pretty good heavy-cream/whipped-cream, btw...

That's also an option I will look at, i'm staying in Linz for a few days before the comp and will try something like that.
