Did anyone watch this on Channel 4 last night? The differing opinions of the 2 coffee roasters in South Africa was interesting.

The phone call he makes to check what kind of price he should pay was to Grant at Mercanta, had to laugh :)

His attitude when the first guys at Origin were cupping was very funny, then when the 2nd guy made a pot of filter and then "cupped" from that I nearly cried laughing!!

The websites of the 2 roasters, Origin and Gourmet Coffee Roasters (and here) are very different. Sort of reflected what I saw on the telly.

Origin looks like it has a good vibe and certainly a great selection of coffees. The other, well it has a few shiney things...
