Terrific! Instead of shutting down all their shops Starbucks can now put pumps out in front of them and do big business! 8)
Three Francesconi (CMA) espresso machines - Rossi, San Marco, LaCimbali, Faema and 2 Mazzer Major grinders- CoffeeTech Maggionlino, Hottop, Alpenröst and HW Precision roasters.
I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!

Can I just say that we run a coffee shop and we burn all our spent grounds on our multifuel stove after drying them out. They sparkle when they burn and the smell is delicious.

We're trying to work out a way to bind them in blocks, but until then, a sparkle is better than paying the council to cart them away.

How are you drying them out? Do they burn well? (In terms of heat given off?)

That's excellent thanks Beanie - I shall have a look.

We use a very technical method to dry them out, kingseven. I don't want to baffle you boys with too much science, but summing it up briefly, it's mainly leaving the carrier bag open to the air ;0).

They only burn for seconds (but still better than paying to have them taken away). However, they're very pretty. I'm sure they'd go a while if bound with some sort of agent and compressed in one of those log press things (which we own). MrHaste is fancying flour and water, but has been banned due to inevitable mess.

Hello Cakey. Bazzer? No, he's still wandering around Whitby looking for us! We're just heading into our third year - I can't believe how quickly it's gone.

Yoo hoo to all and mwahs all round.
