Coffee shop features in a Movie!

Postby RobC » Fri Dec 05, 2008 12:43 pm

I watched the latest movie with Seth Rogen in last night, it certainly brings new meaning to the phrase "Spilling the beans". Coffee shops haven't had much focus in movies of late so it was nice to see this film pretty much centered around one, although I'm not sure if many coffee house owners would choose this particular way of making extra income. That said the owner of Bean 'n' Gone didn't know what was going on after hours, it does make you wonder what staff get up to one they have locked up for the day.

I doubt this movie will be to the taste of many members, but to honest I laughed out loud all the way through and I wouldn't have said anything in it was shocking. So if you do get the chance to watch Zack and Miri make a documentary on procreation (edited to save members blushes) you can always claim you are watching it for coffee shop research. I won't be able to order a Cappuccino ever again sadly, I just know what I'll actually say out loud.

I watched that *hemm* documentary earlier. It's pretty funny and maybe I won't ever use the phrase 'spill the beans' again :D
