As soon as I have my shop I can send you single items of the chocolate sauces (Ghirardelli white, black..), toppings, whatever - but that might take still 2-3 months. Ask me again then :-)

Just seen in Sainsbury's: Liquid Chocolate, brand name 'Star Kay Whites'. Its about £5 for a _very_ small bottle, apparently from a traditional recipe. Only thing is it contains 45% alcohol!

I will again plug Pierre Marcolinihere, one of the very few artisanal (well, his imperium is growing ;)) chocolate makers in Europe. He has single origin cocoa powder for chocolate milk.
This week I am eagerly anticipating the first god shots from my La Spaziale machine....

Thanks Neku, its a wonderful website. Unfortunately he doesn't seem to accept online orders, otherwise it would be irresistible.

They have a London shop, I believe. http://www.pierremarcolini.co.uk/

Try the 'Limited Edition' (Mexican origin chocolate). It's incredible.

I've just found some chocolate sauce in my local Sainsburys, it's a new line they are stocking at the store, Lyle's (of Golden Syrup fame) Coffee Syrup, there are several different types. I'm not sure how good it will be, but I thought I'd give it a go. I'm not sure how much to use for hot chocolate, but it says to add 1tsp to coffee.

The Chocolate Abyss sounds good, but I can only buy £35 of it!
