We were planning on going to Vienna, but most likely somewhere end of July or beginning of August.
This week I am eagerly anticipating the first god shots from my La Spaziale machine....

La Spaziale S1, Vibiemme Domobar (retd), Mazzer Mini Electronic, Behmor 1600 230V

Likewise I was thinking about the same dates as Neku (because he and his other half will be there, and also because it's just before our wedding anniversary :D)
La Spaziale Spazio 2 group semi-auto

La Spaziale Lusso grinder (espresso),
Macap MC4 shop grinder (brewed coffee)
Three Thor tampers
Two Hottops, first since Feb 2003
No partridge, no pear tree either
Conas, Zassenhaus hand grinder....

Oh, I almost missed that thread - it wasn't blinking orange (Phil!!!) ;-)
Everybody who visites Vienna is highly welcome and I would love to show you around here. There are many things to see - just tell me in advance the exact date, and the highlights you want to see (museums, coffee-houses, theatres, landscape, architecture...)
As I mentioned in the other thread, I can imagine that it is of interest for you to see the best coffee-houses, the most important sights (all together, Vienna is small), and I'm working together with the "director" of the new coffee-museum rescently, so this would be a highlight, too.
I'll try to arrange a meeting with my roaster, who is very busy most of the times ;-)
And as long as I don't have the location, we'll do the coffee tasting at my house, if you don't mind.
So just give me details, and we'll have some fun.

The "espresso-cupping" as an event, as discussed in the other thread, is something I'll love to organize when the shop is ready.

OkeyDokey, I'm waiting :-D

I would go whenever possible.
But since I dont own a car and usually work on saturdays, i would have to "attatch" myself to someone and know about it a couple of weeks beforehand to organize a day off.

I have time during the week, too. No problem with me.
