I know that's not worldshaking - but it will shake the coffee world in Vienna soon :D

Today I have had my last exam for my gastronomy and trade licence. Now I can open any kind of restaurant, coffeeshop, bar or even a hotel if I want to

(It was basically everything about double bookkeeping, accountancy, F&B controlling, food, beverages, hygiene, environmental protection, tax law, lodging, social legislation, labout & industrial law, marketing and business management.... yada yada...)

I learned more then I ever did at school  and I was more nervous then at my driving licence...

Anyway, the only thing I need now is my location - then I can all welcome you to visit Vienna to taste 40 different coffees :) (I hope that's not forbidden advertising - )

See ya there one day!

Congratulations Joey! I'm happy for you... but, while your at it... what about a dependance of your shop in Hoorn (Netherlands)? I would love a good coffee-place over here...
