very funny indeed.
in UK now you have to produce vehicle documents for a replacment plate or additional one to be made. i had a lot of hassle to have one made when i had trailer last year..

Started to note down mobile camera van reg's when passing them (while eating a bacon sarnie, on the phone, reading the "stun" and drinking coffee!
