I had a quick google and nowadays, it seems Bizerba make heavy machinery. There was a vague reference in a German site to Ditting. I don't know if Ditting took them over or simply supplied the burrs.
Whilst looking for Ditting, I came across a site with some real hard core pics. It won't help with your search, but guaranteed to cure upgrade nonsense for at least 10 seconds.

Last time I saw one was in Whittards in woking, they have had it 15 years to my knowledge. Very heavy grade machine...good grind.

There is one for sale (picture) for Euro 100. Is it worth this price?

If the machine is in good condition and single phase not 3 phase, yes, but it is quite a large thing. The wheel on the right hand side adjusts grind and the lever should grip the bag. It's a machine really designed for shop use to grind coffee for customers to take home.

I think you might find it quite difficult just to grind the small amount needed for a single shot. I believe it will grind about 250gms in about 20-30 seconds! and the burrs are quite large, although I assume spares will still be available.

It's really not suitable for home use!
