How do I create an image to the side?

I want to have an image on the side and look cool like the rest of you. How do I do that?

That image is referred to as an "avatar". Click on "Profile" on the top of the page (in the centre). Scroll down to the "Avatar Control Panel" and follow the instructions there

BTW, that profile page is also where you can add a list of your coffee gear that appears at the bottom of each post
