... and as much I would like to see Joey at work... far more advantageous it would be (for me at least) if Jan would also put such a webcam in his shop... that way I can see when he's roasting and I can go visit him (5 min. walking) to pick up some of those lovely fresh roasted beans... hmmm

we are thinking about that. but just the camera behind the machine, so you could take a peak over the shoulder of our baristas.
Unfortunately our cam is just black and white
