Joey, there are different types of Lavender... some that grow tall... and some that stay around our knee height. Another option is to grow some in pots and lift those up as the roses grow taller? BTW, how tall are your roses?

I have a horticulturist in the family. I'll ask him and get back to you on that. Might even be a good time to call now... :) 9 hours behind :)
