Forums by country

Would be great if you could add in forums for each country in Europe so all of the locals could exchange tips etc. ?

There are probably not enough members from each of the countries to sustain separate sections for local discussions and the areas would possibly end up relatively unused. I think the general consensus amongst members is 'everyone together' talking about subjects rather than being fragmented into regions with the potential for repititious threads in each section. Similarly, tips are largely universal as kit is fairly standard across the coffee world.

TMC is not just a European site, it is worldwide with members from many non-European locations, it's just the bias that is European.

Of course, we are always happy to listen, and if people feel they would like some sort of regional slant we will look into it. Maybe some sort of 'news' or 'events' area under regional headers would suffice if people wanted a place to deal with events and very localised subjects? Though these have not figured in any great number on the forum to date so I'm not sure if such a section would be well populated. Please discuss :)
