Nice :) Any idea what they were serving in terms of beans or roaster?

nope, sorry was not really paying much attention , i know the bags of beans they had were quite small rather than the 5kg bags some costas run ... possibly around 250g ..
did mentally time it at around 25 ish seconds. and that IS my worst flaw in life, counting seconds for dispense  no matter where i am, its just normal now.

I know what you mean about counting extractions, we are a sad bunch us coffee lovers! :) It sounds as though they might be using some decent beans if they are on small bags then.

Hmmmmm,

... near the hospital so worth a detour if your nearby.

That sounds like a somewhat questionable recommendation! Image
Three Francesconi (CMA) espresso machines - Rossi, San Marco, LaCimbali, Faema and 2 Mazzer Major grinders- CoffeeTech Maggionlino, Hottop, Alpenröst and HW Precision roasters.
I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!
