Are we the third wave, and has anyone got a recipe for the stuff mentioned at the end of the article, or at least the quantities? Sounds great.

To be honest, anything which gets the public reading those "five steps" is fine by me...

But why a good cappuccino, not a good coffee, is the target i don't know...

And freshness - three weeks optimum?!!!?! Do we think the editor said, "three days? No way, you can't put that, will totally alienate people..."

As an aside - with vacuum bagging my coffee right after roasting, i find it survives 3 weeks, just about. But I'd hardly call 3 weeks optimal ;)

Good to see the exposure in a 'national' :D

Edit: Another typo

3 weeks - - erm yes, erm no, erm

Just like most times you chat to journalists things appear that you did not quite say.
Being untrained in such matters I never kept a few points in my head and rammed them home, he was a nice chap and we just had a good chat as i serviced the queue (my staff ran away and the queue kept growing)
I will learn. Quickly I hope.

It's always annoying when things are not written as they were said, but overall it still came across well Gwilym. It's easy to see that he does not have the greatest attention for detail as he drifts off to calling 'third-wave', 'third-way' during the article. Pretty basic error.

Er and the edit to correct misspelling Gwil's name? Yet in the first paragraph we are all apparently using "aribica" beans? Journalists
