how about oxford?

Centre of Oxford? Personally, no. Only place I'd pay money for excellent coffee is at Cakey's 
...and then I even get to make my own

I think there is a place on Gloucester Green but I don't know anyone who has tried it. Other than that - welcome to the desert!

once had a coffee roaster and 2 group at the boatyard in Jericho til the dark force decided to evict us (saved the roaster, lost the 2 group)
other than that short oasis my coffee drinking in oxford was as cakeboy describes
