Clover at Tinderbox (Glasgow)

Is it actually possible to find a good shot?

I've drunk a lot of different, and very good, coffees brewed on a Clover. We have one on loan on our bar til we get back and MA can pick it up. Right now I have no doubt about how it could work on a bar, and its fit into barflow. It actually needs to prove itself as a brewer to me again as I have only been the customer and not the barista for so long - I need to spend some quality time with it to better understand how it brews coffee so I can really control the cup.

I'll never own too many items with which to enjoy coffee.

Okay, I admit it, I'd never heard of a Clover until 5 minutes ago! But...I had started to wonder about the alternatives to espresso. And, since Tinderbox Glasgow is my favourite 'local' (actually the stick I've been measuring my own espresso/latte development against), I think I'll just have to give it a try soon. Will let you know what I think
