Good coffee in Texas

I'm heading over to Texas for SXSWi and I wondered if any of you had any recommended coffee haunts for that part of the world.

I'm flying in to Houston tomorrow then on to San Antonio before heading to Austin on Thursday so any recommendations for San Antonio or Austin would be particularly welcome!

Caffé Medici and JP's Java are two places that I have heard good things about in Austin. I have not been to either place myself, but I have tried (and liked) the espresso blends used by each.

OHHHHH OHHHH I have a friend there who has set up a roastery. His name Is Arron and his company is the Brown Coffee Company (http://www.browncoffeeco.com/)

If you mail him I'm sure he will tell you some cool places to get coffee.
