Is it actually possible to find a good shot?

Cheers.

Yeah, did my time at Flat White, and still really appreciate what Cam and those guys do, but wanted a more 'neighbourhood' type store.

The pitta bread pizza! Well, it comes loaded with amazing antipasti, French ham, and a really great Italian mozzarella, and is served with a side salad of rocket, tomato, cucumber etc. I know it seems expensive on the menu, but have never had anyone regret ordering one.

Oh, before I forget.

Just a very quick note on difference in shots between barsiti - this is something that affects every cafe, us included.

We're currently building a training site, just a block from the cafe, in which we'll be able to train staff on the same gear they use in the shop, and standardise our practices as much as possible.

More details to follow, but there's a few pics of the machine on my website.
