Too Much Coffee

This may well be pushing the envelope a bit but has anybody any coffee or eating recommendations in Cape Town? Will only be there for five days next week so you will need to be quite specific.

Hm. Sorry I can't help, but I've been to Durban in 2002 and all they seem to knew was instant and I was delighted when I found a Café that selled brewed coffee. But I've heard that ZA has Barista Competitions nowadays, so there should be some decent shops out there especially in Cape Town!
