If you can get decent coffee anywhere in the north, it's probably there... I'm intending to visit at some point
Bezzera BB105, Hario slim grinder, Hario filter, swissgold filter, aeropress, cafetieres, cold brewer, stovetops, lots of teas...

...and lots of love

More likely to get a decent coffee in Scarborough than anywhere else outside of London (IMHO)

You should let the SEN know, Bazza. Shouldn't pass up an opportunity for free publicity. And a mention in editorial is worth a trillion paid ads. Or something like that.

John Ritchie would be a good contact.

Oh bugger, I didn't notice you were in Scarborough BazBean. We were there a couple of weeks back (2 week hols in Yorkshire, very wet but we came back the week before the big floods). The whole place was shrouded in fog (as was Filey a few days later and also Whitby some days after that!!). If I'd have noticed we would have popped in for sure, silly me

Cakeboy I see your last post was at 5AM - that is very dedicated/insane and shows that you obviously need the coffee...

That's about right Doc. All the coffee really helps with the insomnia ..... it's getting better all the time! Remember, more insomnia equals more time to imbibe ;) :P
