Weimar coffee roasters

I was on holiday for a few days in Weimar (Germany) and I was surprised and delighted to find a coffee roaster there. It is a very nice looking and cosy place where you can drink good coffee, buy lots of coffee related stuff and if you are there early you may get to see them roast some coffee.

The owner is very friendly, she started the shop about a year ago, and the shop seems to do well so far.

The city of Weimar itself is also definitely worth a visit, it is a nice old town with the Bauhaus museum and the Goethe and Schiller museums.

The roasting machine itself has a prominent place in the shop, it is shown below:
