Son No. 2 is in Buenos Aires, so I wrote him and told him about Café Martinez. He may already know it since he has worked as a barista and has an eye for good coffee. I'll be interested to hear what he has to say about the place.
Three Francesconi (CMA) espresso machines - Rossi, San Marco, LaCimbali, Faema and 2 Mazzer Major grinders- CoffeeTech Maggionlino, Hottop, Alpenröst and HW Precision roasters.
I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!
