The Bean Nottingham

The last two times i have visited The Bean, i was dissapointed. However, i went down today and was served a much, much better espresso. It may come down to which barista you get - i had an italian guy serving mine up - so that could be why It could have been better - but it had good crema, even a little mottling. Definitely the best cafe espresso in Nottingham.

James - i believe you have met the owner + her son at a Barista jam jobbie at Union coffee roasters... would i be correct ?
