BRASIL!!! How to harvest, process and drink coffee there

Postby Joey » Sun Sep 03, 2006 6:49 am

Hi everybody! :D
A quick "hallo" because I am back from Brasil. I am just in a hurry right now, but this will be the thread where I will tell you about my visit (invitation of the Brasil-SCA) and all the beautiful coffees nd people I met there.

Quick content list:
I learned more about coffee then I expected and want to share
Brasilian food is excellent
I learned how to cup properly and why
I will never spill coffee again

:)

See you soon
Joey

Glad to see you again, joey! We'll be curious to hear about your adventures. How's the Mocca Club doing?
This week I am eagerly anticipating the first god shots from my La Spaziale machine....

It's full and I hate my staff. I am working day and night again for 7 days. Tomorrow I'll get a secretary, hope she is "the one" who save me a lot of time. *sigh*

Willkommen daheim! Auch wenn es vielleicht nicht ganz so angenehm ist, wieder da zu sein.

Anyway, good luck with your secretary and fingers crossed (ouch. Wsa that a breaking bone sound?). There sure must be some reliable people in Vienna?! I hope you find'em ... And then you'll sure find time to tell us more storys of brazil and the mocca club :)

I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!
