other way to do it is to write your reviews here on Birmingham cafes and then when people go looking on google etc. there's a reliable way of finding out. I had a good espresso in Hudson's, but may have been a lucky day. Coffee roasters sounds good.

Hey folks I know I don't post very often but this is a topic that interests me as I'm going to B'ham today. I will definitely go to Saint Café and Eastside thanks again C-E-C.

As far as the roaster on Stratford Rd. goes all I can say is that I wish sincerity counted towards the flavor of the coffee! I tried three different coffees there and had to discard the first one because it was so under roasted (did it make first crack?). The other (Java) was fairly non descript and flat tasting. Haven't tried the third yet, if it's a revelation then i'll post my findings.

I'm going to stick to HB for sure. :D
