Is it actually possible to find a good shot?

Yes and no. Tea leaves do contain more caffeine than coffee beans. However, the way the drinks are extracted means that coffee contains more caffeine than tea.

From what I remember, the way espresso is extracted will mean it tends to have less caffeine than French press coffee; I think instant coffee has less than either.

Had an espresso at Monmouth last Saturday, and I have to say it was way too acidic for my taste. Apparently their blend contained Colombian beans, which is a bit unusual.
If sour espresso is what you're after, I guess their's is very well made. Personally, I will go somewhere else next time.

I think I know where you are coming from.

Hmm, well feel free to let us all know where, particularly if you rate it more highly than Monmouth, as there aren't that many places selling fresh coffee, let alone anything else! I was gonna kidnap Barry and bring him down to london, but apparently, he's pants
This week I are feeling sleepy!
