If you check the "European coffee sites" link in the menu on your left, you will see that I assembled a few Belgian coffee links. I encourage you all to do the same for your country/region/city etc., as this is what people are looking for. Be sure to include a few lines with a short review per link - not so much on the quality of the web site, but rather the quality of their coffee. Estimated time: not much, I think, but very good content for the site we'd like to become.
This week I am eagerly anticipating the first god shots from my La Spaziale machine....

You should, they're great. I ate some of them last week: the "Equateur" praline filled with pure dark chocolate, the 'Canelle', or chocolate with cinnamon, the 'Violets' with violets (!) even, with vanilla and of course: with coffee.

I'm not too crazy about liqueur pralines myself... Don't know if they even have any, actually.

Ah, but I think you misunderstood: the praline has coffee in it. And I usually drink it with coffee, I don't really drink brandy. I have a bottle of cognac, but as I usually drink my hard liquor with a cigar, the taste is too light and too sweet. I prefer malt.

Yes, well on the subject of our other favourite beverage Neku, I've got 3 old malts coming from the SMWS for Christmas. A Campbeltown (regrettably the 20+ year Springbank sold out before I got there, but I've got a 12 year old Glen Scotia), a 22 year old Teaninich (North Highland) and a 21 year old Rosebank (Lowland).

However I like a good brandy too. You can keep the cigars though, and the chocolate, as far as I'm concerned.

Just smoked a Hoyo de Monterey 'Edicion Limitad 2003' yesterday: fresh, deep brown tobacco, earthy taste: divine cigar!
