The death wish coffee turned up today, and something about thiis picture seems right

here are a few more pictures, the beans are very oily, have a good smell, none of the usual burnt rubber associated with robusta blends, other with a more delicate palate may feel differently though.
I've also attached some pics of my first shot. I was expecting a little more head for a robusta blend, it did come out with a bit of mottling though.

Importantly though, how did it drink? Well its surprisingly drinkable, not a harsh tooth stripper, or a nasty aftertaste. No caffeine rush yet, but i suspect no one here would remember what they are anyway :wink:
