True. Interestingly enough, however, he has really learned to purr, picking it up presumably from his step brothers. It isn't exactly the same sound, but the best he can imitate and he does it when we pet him. :D

Somewhat amusingly, given comments regarding "true Italian roasts", a Hasbean roast was recently used to win the Italian Barista Championship!
The times they are a changing!
This week I are feeling sleepy!

I am not at all surprised, congratulations Steve. Perhaps we can look forward to the day when people think of a Hasbean roast as a "true Italian roasts". :D

does anybody know what so/blend that was?
Black KvdW Speedster / Arrarex Caravel / Elektra Nino / Vario / Huky 500 / and a bunch of less frequently used things...

I'll see if I can find out what the coffee used was.
I believe there are 5 people using Hasbean roasts for the UKBC next week.
