It's definately one that requires some craft to get right, but once sorted it is lovely. With the right grind/tamp combo we found it lovely and viscose. I say grind/tamp combo because it seems that unusually it can be pulled equally well on two quite different settings with tamp adjustments. On the coarser end we have found that blonding occurs very suddenly and the fine end is nearish to choking. Worth spending time with though, lovely coffee :)
