I'm currently out of kouign amann but I can send you one box of ricorée. When there's only one it's ok, it's when you have lots of them that you get problems... (auvergnat saying)

Did you try the kouign amann from "La maison du kouign amann" in Roscoff ?

You can also ask if they can use an alternative shipper such as DPD for bulk purchases. It'll be a lot cheaper than UPS. I've organized the pickup and shipment of large parcels from the UK to Latvia from here in Riga, so the seller only has to pack the beans and hand them over to the courier.
