On Tue I tried Phil's HT roast: +

On Sat I tried my IMEX roast: -

On Mon I will try Monmouth's roast: ??

++ = excellent
+ = good
0 = OK
- = disappointing
-- = terrible

Anita's (Monmouth's) beans were not as fragrant and aromatic as Phil's. I suspect this was due to the lighter roast she had done.

Indeed her roast was a little bit brighter and more complex, with hardly any burned (burnt?) flavours. I would say it was only marginally better than Phil's.

Phil, I am really impressed with the HT now!
