Hasbean Kitamaiyu Estate - excellent everyday FP coffee

Nice Kenyan, and beans and roast are spot on for French Press. Nice balance of sweetness with a bit of acidity, and slight creaminess makes it excellent black https://www.hasbean.co.uk/products/Keny ... te-AA.html

Been having problems with grinder - and, even with grinding/water temp being inconsistent, I haven't managed to make a bad cup of this. More acidity when very freshly roasted, then mellows slightly - good, either way.

As an 'everyday' FP coffee, this is just right :D

Don't write this off in the espresso machine, perhaps not a straight espresso but I watched far too many latte art videos tonight, decided i needed to practice and pulled a few small cappas. I found it gave a very pleasant balanced flavour :)
